Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted by email to info@manuresource.org.

  • Cancellations received before 10 February 2026 (ten weeks before the conference) will receive a full refund minus a €50 administration fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 23 February 2026.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a colleague to attend in your place up to 7 days before the conference, provided that full details are submitted in time.

In the event that the ManuREsource Organizing Committee is obliged to cancel or postpone the conference due to force majeure, registration fees will be refunded unless the event is postponed. In case of postponement, registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled edition.
